Jeff earned his J.D. Degree from Northwestern University's School of Law and his MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, as a participant in Northwestern's Joint Degree program.

His work experience includes positions as corporate counsel with McDonald's, General Counsel for LaSalle Partners and Equity Management Inc., and founder and principal of Olian & Associates.

Jeff believes that the continuing increase in the cost of legal services represents a challenge for businesses of all sizes and in all industries. Legalternative was founded as a way to provide an economical solution to companies looking to minimize the costs of legal services while still delivering experienced representation, responsiveness and a deep understanding of the client's business.
